There’s so much great gym equipment out there, but it can be hard to know what to do with it.
I love using medicine balls to make my workouts that little bit harder. If you don’t have access to any at the gym, they can be relatively cheap to buy for home. Otherwise you can use any weights you can get your hands on, or even a water bottle.
