Lower Body HIIT Workout

I wanted to bring you a great lower body workout that you can do anywhere, as you don’t need any equipment for this one.

I love being able to fit workouts in, even on the busiest of days, so this is just a little 15 minute workout for you.

Our workout is written below so you can try it out at home or in the gym.

Lower Body Workout

Complete each exercise for 1 minute and rest for 30 seconds after completing all 4 exercises. Repeat another 2 times, making 3 sets in total.

If 1 minute is too difficult, aim for 30 seconds and build from there.

Reverse Lunges with Knee Lift
Squat to Star Jump
Side Lunges
High Knees

Tips

Make sure that you even out your body on the reverse lunges – you can either do alternate legs or 30 seconds per side. If you struggle with coordination, I would suggest doing one side for 30 second before switching sides.

Make sure you alternate legs with the side lunges. Try to get your butt nice and low, keeping your chest up.
