We all have such busy lives that it can be difficult to find time to exercise. I know that if I’m busy, it’s far too easy to drop the workout for that day.

I’m travelling a lot at the moment and have been thinking about how to fit exercise in to my days.

So here is my list of 8 tips to help you find time to exercise.
