So this week for me was all about trying to get back on track with my food – I’m aiming to get back to eating more healthy foods, after all of the chocolate over easter. That said, one of my favourite things to eat at the moment, is overnight oats – the banana and choc chip one. They are so quick and easy to make. You can alter the recipe to suit you and what you want to eat.
I’m trying to improve my flexibility by stretching more frequently. I’ve decided to focus on my front splits, pancake and crab.
A lot of this did not go to plan as I dropped something very heavy on my foot on Monday, and it was so swollen that I couldn’t put shoes on, or have any pressure on the top of my foot for most of the week. As a result I couldn’t train my front splits and had to be careful with the rest of my training.
