Charlie Walks and Waiting

This week is more of a ‘normal’ at home week for me. I’m trying to focus on my training, and of course my family.

At the moment I am going to CrossFit 4 times a week, and training pole, silks and aerial hoop as and when I can.

Next week I’m adding in a pull up challenge, so please come and join me.
