This week I had my first pole comp in 2 years – Miss Pole Dance UK semi-pro. I was in the semi-pro instructor category. It was a very nerve wracking week.
My week began with my birthday, which I didn’t film as I wanted to spend it with my family. At the end of the week I went to watch Pole Theatre UK. What I managed to watch was brilliant – it’s one of my favourite competitions.
