I love using medicine balls to make my workouts that little bit harder. If you don’t have access to some at the gym, they can be relatively cheap to buy for home. Otherwise you can use any weights you can get your hands on, or even a water bottle.
I have a lot of fun and favourite core exercises that I wanted to combine into mini core workouts. I know we don’t always have lots of time to exercise, so these workouts are perfect for those days.
