This week I had my first pole comp in 2 years – Miss Pole Dance UK semi-pro. I was in the semi-pro instructor category. It was a very nerve wracking week.
My week began with my birthday, which I didn’t film as I wanted to spend it with my family. At the end of the week I went to watch Pole Theatre UK. What I managed to watch was brilliant – it’s one of my favourite competitions.

I wanted to start working on my pull ups a bit more this week, so I started working on negatives 🙂
So this week for me was all about trying to get back on track with my food – I’m aiming to get back to eating more healthy foods, after all of the chocolate over easter.
